As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Reuben Willis - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist customers with their insurance needs, by providing information about insurance options.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Assist customers when they have had an accident and need help the most
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales is helpful
Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
